By subscribing to our internet packages, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below. The package usage is subject to our Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure optimal service quality for all customers.

We are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase of the CoLi Portable Device. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance or service of your device, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
    • The device must be returned in its original condition with no physical damage and must include all original accessories, packaging, and documentation.
    • A valid proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation) must be provided at the time of return.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Any refund request made after the 7-day period will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
    • Devices that show signs of misuse, physical damage, or alterations will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 0303955936 within 7 days of your purchase.
    • Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the device to us.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-20 business days after we receive and inspect the returned device. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note a fixed charge of GHS320 for data usage during the first month will be deducted from the total refund amount.
